  • Cassie Ives

    Cassie Ives is the Founder + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and a 2024 graduate of the inaugural NPCP Pilates Master’s Program by Zayna Gold with over 7,000 hours of Pilates instruction. Cassie is well-versed in dynamic sequences on Pilates apparatuses such as the reformer, tower, combo chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac, and other small props, as well as mat exercises ranging from beginner to advanced athletic levels. She believes Pilates is meant to be done by everybody, every day. Cassie curates her classes to be accessible for all levels, ensuring that each session provides exactly what your body and soul need for that day. Her classes are designed to challenge and inspire, while providing clients with a transformative Pilates experience.

    Certification: Balanced Body Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, NPCP Pre & Postnatal Certification + NPCP Pilates Master’s Program by Zayna Gold.

    Experience: 7,000 hours of mat + apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio and Boston Body Pilates – Waterfront.

  • Lauren Hubbard

    Lauren Hubbard is the Studio Manager + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She completed comprehensive training through the Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Education program and over 1,500 hours of hands-on Pilates instruction. Lauren expertly leads sessions tailored to all levels on Pilates apparatuses such as the reformer, tower, combo chair, Cadillac and other small props. The exercises range from beginner to advanced levels. Her passion for Pilates shines as she is driven by the incredible transformations she sees in her clients. Her classes are crafted to challenge and uplift you, while unlocking the strength, balance, and vitality you didn’t know you had!

    Certification: Balanced Body Reformer 1-3 / Mat 1-3 / Trapeze / Chair / Barrels / Movement Principles / Anatomy Pilates Instructor Certification + NPCP Pre & Postnatal Certification.

    Experience: 1,500 hours of mat + apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.

    Specialties: Dynamic + athletic Pilates all-level group classes, duet + private sessions, pre/postnatal Pilates, traditional Pilates.

  • Simone Illsley

    Simone Illsley is a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She is a Reformer + Mat Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program with over 300 hours of Pilates instruction. Simone’s Pilates journey began on the mat in 2020, when she fell in love with the low-impact movements and the post-workout energy boost. Her enthusiasm for Pilates is driven by its profound benefits for both mental and physical well-being, and she’s eager to share that magic with her clients by bringing passion and expertise to every session. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to deliver the ideal mix of strength, flexibility, and full-body integration– leaving you feeling empowered, energized, and ready to take on new milestones.

    Certification: Balanced Body Reformer + Mat Certified Pilates Instructor.

    Experience: 300 hours of mat + apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.

    Specialties: Dynamic + athletic Pilates all-level group classes and duet + private sessions.

    Bonus: When she’s not at Pilates, Simone is likely spending time with her husband and French bulldog or at the ceramics studio.

  • Aria Doner-Tudanger

    Aria Doner-Tudanger brings over twelve years of Pilates instruction and fifteen years of fitness industry experience to Trio Pilates Studio. She holds a Comprehensive Pilates Teaching Certification from BASI and is a Master Teacher of the Three Core Connections Pilates Program. Aria’s expertise spans across all Pilates apparatuses, including the reformer, tower, combo chair, ladder barrel, and Cadillac, as well as mat work. She is known for her ability to instruct all levels, from private and duet sessions to group classes. Additionally, Aria specializes in pre- and post-natal Pilates and has extensive experience working with clients recovering from injuries. Her passion for healthy, functional movement drives her to create personalized, effective workouts for every client.

    Certification: BASI Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor, Three Core Connections Master’s Pilates Certification + NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

    Experience: Twelve years of Pilates instruction and fifteen years of fitness industry experience working at Trio and in studios throughout Boston and the surrounding areas.

    Specialties: Dynamic + athletic Pilates all-level group classes, pre/postnatal Pilates, + teaching Pilates to clients recovering from injuries.

    Bonus: Aria pursued her BASI certification while residing in France, which meant she had to travel between Provence, Paris and California in order to satisfy her studio practice requisites.

  • Meaghan Kenney

    Meaghan Kenney is a Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio with a strong athletic background and a passion for mindful movement. She completed her reformer and movement principles training through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and has over 100 hours of hands-on teaching experience at Trio. As a former collegiate field hockey player, Meaghan brings a grounded understanding of movement, discipline, and performance to every class. Inspired by the supportive and dynamic community at Trio, Meaghan specializes in group reformer classes and private sessions. Her teaching style blends precise instruction with a motivating and welcoming presence, making her sessions accessible and rewarding for clients at every level. Meaghan is dedicated to helping each client build strength, improve body awareness, and connect deeply to their Pilates practice.

    Certification: Balanced Body Reformer 1-3 / Movement Principles Instructor Certification.

    Experience: 100 hours of apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.
    Specialties: Dynamic + athletic Pilates all-level group classes.

  • Alissa Young

    Alissa Young is the Marketing Manager + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She completed her reformer and mat training through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and brings a strong foundation of over 300 hours of personal practice, paired with years of hands-on experience supporting clients at Trio. Alissa embodies the studio’s values of consistency, strength, and community. Her athletic spirit shines through in her dynamic, feel-good group classes that offer variety, thoughtful progressions, and a fresh take on familiar Pilates movements. Alissa’s approach is motivating and down-to-earth, making her sessions both accessible and challenging for clients at every level. She’s passionate about helping others connect with their bodies and discover how transformative a consistent Pilates practice can be.

    Certification: Balanced Body Reformer 1 / Mat 1 Instructor Certification.

    Experience: 50 hours of mat + apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.

    Specialties: Athletic all-levels group classes, layers for all exercises, creativity and experimenting with Pilates props.

  • Crystal Panciocco

    Crystal Panciocco is a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio, blending classical expertise with a fresh, encouraging approach. She holds a 300-hour Classical Pilates Certification through Power Pilates and brings a solid foundation in beginner through advanced-level work. Crystal leads group classes and private sessions with a focus on improving flexibility, core strength, and overall body awareness. Crystal first discovered Pilates after the birth of her daughter in 2023, when she began searching for ways to manage back pain and rebuild her pelvic floor. That journey led her to Trio, where she quickly became a dedicated client and fell in love with the method. Now on the other side of the reformer, Crystal brings her personal experience and deep enthusiasm for the practice to every session. Crystal offers a supportive and inclusive environment promoting physical and mental health that's perfect for anyone looking to begin or deepen their Pilates practice.

    Certification: POWER PILATES: Mat l and ll, 300 comprehensive certification (intermediate level) all apparatus.

    Experience: Over 1,000 hours of Pilates training at Bodylines Pilates & Fitness Studio (Harvard, MA), Kinema Fitness (Wellesley, MA), and Life Time Athletic (Westwood, MA).

    Specialties: Client assessment + goal setting, mat + reformer Pilates, class programming + modifications, and excellent communication + motivation.

    Bonus: Crystal is a mom of two kids, a 17 year old boy and a two year old girl- best of both worlds! She has a fur baby, an English bull dog named Lola.
