Cassie Ives
Cassie Ives is the Founder + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and a 2024 graduate of the inaugural NPCP Pilates Master’s Program by Zayna Gold with over 7,000 hours of Pilates instruction. Cassie is well-versed in dynamic sequences on Pilates apparatuses such as the reformer, tower, combo chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac, and other small props, as well as mat exercises ranging from beginner to advanced athletic levels. She believes Pilates is meant to be done by everybody, every day. Cassie curates her classes to be accessible for all levels, ensuring that each session provides exactly what your body and soul need for that day. Her classes are designed to challenge and inspire, while providing clients with a transformative Pilates experience.
Certification: Balanced Body Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, NPCP Pre & Postnatal Certification + NPCP Pilates Master’s Program by Zayna Gold.

Lauren Hubbard
Lauren Hubbard is the Studio Manager + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and has over 1,500 hours of hands-on Pilates instruction. Lauren expertly leads sessions tailored to all levels on Pilates apparatuses such as the reformer, tower, combo chair, Cadillac and other small props. The exercises range from beginner to advanced levels. Her passion for Pilates shines as she is driven by the incredible transformations she sees in her clients. Her classes are crafted to challenge and uplift you, while unlocking the strength, balance, and vitality you didn’t know you had!

Meaghan Kenney
Meaghan Kenney is a Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio with a strong athletic background and a passion for mindful movement. She completed her reformer and movement principles training through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and has over 100 hours of hands-on teaching experience at Trio. As a former collegiate field hockey player, Meaghan brings a grounded understanding of movement, discipline, and performance to every class. Inspired by the supportive and dynamic community at Trio, Meaghan specializes in group reformer classes and private sessions. Her teaching style blends precise instruction with a motivating and welcoming presence, making her sessions accessible and rewarding for clients at every level. Meaghan is dedicated to helping each client build strength, improve body awareness, and connect deeply to their Pilates practice.
Certification: Balanced Body Reformer 1-3 / Mat 1 / Movement Principles Instructor Certification.
Experience: 100 hours of apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.

Alissa Young
Alissa Young is the Marketing Manager + Pilates Instructor at Trio Pilates Studio. She completed her reformer and mat training through Balanced Body’s Pilates Instructor Education program and brings a strong foundation of over 400+ hours of personal practice, hundreds of classes taught to our community, and years of hands-on experience supporting clients at Trio. Alissa embodies the studio’s values of consistency, strength, and community. Her athletic spirit shines through in her dynamic, feel-good group classes that offer variety, thoughtful progressions, and a fresh take on familiar Pilates movements. Alissa’s approach is motivating and down-to-earth, making her sessions both accessible and challenging for clients at every level. She’s passionate about helping others connect with their bodies and discover how transformative a consistent Pilates practice can be.
Certification: Balanced Body Movement Principles / Reformer 1 / Mat 1-2 Instructor Certification.
Experience: 100 hours of mat + apparatus Pilates instruction at Trio Pilates Studio.
Specialties: Athletic all-levels group classes, layers for all exercises, creativity and experimenting with Pilates props.
