Reformer
The Pilates reformer is a long, narrow frame with a sliding carriage. It has a variety of springs with varying resistances levels. The reformer provides a full body workout by allowing you to perform a wide variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups.
-
Tower
In some Trio class styles, we flow on the Pilates tower. The biggest difference between the Pilates reformer and tower is design and functionality. The tower has a vertical frame with various attachments such as bars, straps, springs and a push through bar. The tower offers a larger variety of exercises due to the additional attachment options.
