TRIO BOOKING + STUDIO POLICIES

Please familiarize yourself with our studio policies. Our studio offers small class sizes and personalized instruction. Our strict policies are applied without exception in fairness to all Trio clients.

Trio has a strict 12-hour cancelation policy for both private and group sessions. Cancellations must be made through the Trio/WellnessLiving app, email info@trio-studios.com or text (508-443-4840). Our cancellation policy will be enforced no matter what the reason for canceling.

Late cancels will result in the loss of that session. Trio Monthly Members (8+ group class memberships) will also incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

No call, no show scheduled appointments will result in the loss of that session and an additional $20 late cancellation fee charged.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only and must be paid for in advance.

New Trio clients interested in Pilates, regardless of prior experience level, must first either schedule a private/semi-private session or arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled group session. New Trio clients cannot be late to their first group session at the studio for any reason. If you are late, your session will be returned with no penalty.

Please respect our studio policies and do not ask for exceptions/exemptions to be made.
