New to Trio? Interested in a session or beginning Pilates? Follow these steps to get started.
Download our app and create a profile (available for both iOS and Android).
Get familiar with the Trio class descriptions.
Beginner-friendly classes are Essence (Reformer) or Rejuvenate (Reformer). In Essence, we cover the fundamental reformer exercises, learn to activate our core, and discuss the precision of their form. In rejuvenate, we cover the breathing patterns associated with the fundamental reformer exercises.
Where available, we always recommend at least one private/solo session for anyone new to Trio or Pilates. This way we can get a deep introduction to Pilates, talk through the exercises in detail and the choices we can make to move most efficiently in our own bodies with our goals in mind. From there we can assess the next steps based on your wellness goals.

Make sure you have everything you need for class:
Comfortable clothing to workout and move in.
Prepare to wear socks, grip socks or be barefoot. Grip socks available for purchase in studio.
Water. Small complimentary bottles are available in studio.
Arrive 15 minutes early if your first session is a group class. This way we can show you around the studio, and get you set up and familiar with the equipment.
Arrive 5 minutes early if your first session is a private/solo session.
