You have three easy ways to do this:

→ Through our Client Portal (web browser)

→ On your mobile device via web browser

→ Or download our dedicated Trio Pilates app:

Not a fan of apps? No problem — using your browser works just as well. But the app is a super convenient way to book, cancel, and manage everything on the go.

Step 2: Choose Your Starting Point

Explore our New Client Specials for one-time, commitment-free packages like:

  • 3 Reformer/Tower Classes – $85

  • 8-Class Trial Month – $250

Other great starting options include:

Reformer/Tower 3- or 6-Pack

Solo 2-Packs

Trio Packages No. 1 or No. 2

All class types and packages are explained on our Pricing Page.

Check out our class descriptions to find what best fits your goals. New to Pilates? We recommend starting with:

Want more guidance? We highly recommend booking a private solo session to:

  • Align with your unique goals and body needs

Step 4: Book Your First Class

Once you've selected your package, you’re ready to book your first class or private session through the app or online portal.

Not sure which class to choose? Reach out to us — we’re happy to help you pick the best fit.

Step 5: Review Trio Studio Policies

WHAT TO BRING + WHAT TO EXPECT

  • What to Wear

Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Trio Pilates Studio requires shoes to be removed prior to entering the studio. Wear anything but shoes on your feet– socks, grip socks or barefoot. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.

  • What to Bring

Bring a water to stay hydrated! Small water bottles are available and complimentary at Trio Pilates Studio for clients.

  • When to Arrive

Please arrive five* minutes prior to the start of the session to get prepared. If you happen to arrive earlier, feel free to join us quietly in the reception area until the studio is prepared. This allows Trio Pilates Studio Instructors to successfully transition and deep clean in between sessions.

  • What to Say

Let Trio Pilates Studio Instructors know right away about any injuries, surgeries, conditions or concerns prior to the start of the session. This way, we can help offer modifications or variations if needed.
