STUDIO POLICIES

  • 12-hour cancel policy

  • No refunds

  • Late cancel = lost session

  • No-show = fee

BOOK NOW

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our app or online.

    • booking opens up to 2 months ahead

    • closes 1 hour before class

    • payment is required to reserve your spot

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

    • cancel 12+ hours before → no penalty

    • cancel within 12 hours → class is lost

    • no-show → class lost + $20 fee

    ♡ This keeps classes fair and available for everyone.

  • Memberships are designed for consistency.

    • sessions reset every 30 days (no rollovers)

    • 1-month deposit required to start

    • cancel with 30 days’ notice

    • non-refundable + non-transferable

    Late cancel (memberships)

    • 4/month → lose class

    • 8+/month → lose class + $10 fee

    • new clients → arrive 15 minutes early

    • returning clients → arrive 5 minutes early

    If you arrive late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

    • you can be added up to 1 hour before class

    • you’ll be notified automatically

    • if you join, plan to attend

    • no shoes or claw clips in the studio

    • phones silenced + put away

    • stay for the full class when possible

    • be respectful of others + the space

    • comfortable clothing

    • socks, grip socks, or barefoot

    We provide all equipment, mats, and props.

    • all sales are final

    • no refunds on classes, memberships, or packages

    • schedule updates are posted in the app first

    • if Trio cancels → class is returned to your account

    • if class runs → normal policies apply
