STUDIO INFORMATION
Trio Session Durations
Private + semi-private Pilates sessions - 50 minutes
Group Pilates sessions - 45 minutes
Studio entrances and parking are available to the left and back sides of the building. The back entrance has a handicapped accessible ramp. Primary entrance is to the left of the building.
Water bottles and hair ties are available for clients at the studio free of charge.
Two restrooms are available and located in the hallway prior to entering the studio, both equipped with a handicap rail.
Cubbies for your personal items are located in each room within the studio. These cubbies are not equipped with locks. Please do not leave any personal items in the hallway.
StickyBe Socks + Lucky Honey brand (grip socks) are sold at our studio.
POLICIES • TRIO PILATES STUDIO
New Trio clients interested in Pilates, regardless of prior experience level, must first either schedule a private/semi-private session or arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled group session.
New Trio clients cannot be late to their first group session at the studio for any reason. If you are late, your session will be returned, and we will need to reschedule to a later date with no penalty.
All other clients for any other sessions (private or group) should arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If you happen to arrive earlier, feel free to join us quietly in the small reception area until the studio is prepared.
Shoes are required to be removed prior to entering the studio.
Clients can practice with socks, grip socks or barefoot. Grip socks are recommended at Trio.
Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
Equipment is not to be used without instructor’s assistance.
Guests of any nature are not allowed into your sessions.
Prior to any session, the Trio liability waiver must be completely filled out and signed.
Trio is not responsible for any personal belongings that are left behind.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age to attend any session. Clients under 18 years of age must have the Trio liability waiver signed by a legal guardian too.
Common sense, decency and respect are required at all times in the studio.
Trio has the right to cancel or permanently ban any client that does not comply with any Trio policies.
BOOKING POLICIES
Clients can book 2 months maximum in advance and 1 hour minimum before the start time of a session.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Clients must be booked in advance.
Booking must occur in one of the following ways listed below. This list is ranked in order of importance.
Trio mobile app (on Apple App Store and Google Play) or Trio scheduling software (WellnessLiving) through any device with internet access.
Emailing info@trio-studios.com or submitting an inquiry form through our website.
In person after a scheduled session has been completed.
Calling or text messaging us (508-443-4840). Please be specific in the voicemail or text message.
Sessions must be paid in advance to reserve your spot on the schedule.
Cash, personal checks, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted for services and products, with the exception of monthly memberships. Monthly memberships are required to be paid with a valid, active credit card or Trio account credit (prepaid) balance.
A valid, active credit card must be kept on file at Trio at all times.
In the event the card is no longer valid or declines, the client will have 24 hours upon notification to update the card, otherwise future sessions will be removed from the schedule if applicable.
No refunds will be given for any reason, including client purchased transactions. Sessions, services and packages are transferable but not refundable. Monthly memberships are not refundable for any reason. When in doubt, please contact info@trio-studios.com for any questions prior to booking or buying.
Any session canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time for any reason will result in the loss of that session.
No call, no show scheduled appointments will result in the loss of that session and an additional $20 late cancellation fee charged. A no-show is assumed 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Clients with a negative account balance are unable to schedule sessions.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Sessions expire after one month (30 days) from the purchase date.
Any unused sessions expire and do not roll over to the next month. These sessions operate in a “use it or lose it” fashion.
Any additional group sessions within the current 30 day membership are 50% off. Including group sessions purchased for friends + family members.
A deposit is required to begin a Trio monthly membership. The deposit costs one month's worth of the membership. It is a non refundable deposit and used to cover the last month of the membership upon cancellation request.
Monthly memberships are required to be paid with a valid, active credit card or Trio account credit (prepaid) balance.
In the event the card used in the contract is no longer valid or declines, the client will have 24 hours upon notification to update the card, otherwise future sessions will be removed from the schedule. The contract will be canceled and the last month's deposit will be applied to the client’s account.
A 30-day notice is required to terminate any membership.
Sessions cannot be shared with other clients.
Monthly memberships cannot be paused for any reason (including unexpected events such as injury, illness, moving, etc.).
Monthly memberships must be used in back to back months.
Membership expiration dates cannot be changed for any reason after the purchase date.
Monthly memberships are not refundable or transferable for any reason.
PACKAGE POLICIES
Packages are prepaid account credits and unlock discounted prices on services.
Packages are transferable but not refundable.
Trio Package No. 1 expires 6 months after the purchase date.
Trio Package No. 2 expires 9 months after the purchase date.
Trio Packages No. 3 and No. 4 expire 12 months after the purchase date.
Package expiration dates cannot be changed for any reason after the purchase date (including unexpected events such as injury, illness, moving, etc.).
Can be used for any service or product (e.g., grip socks).
Sessions can be shared with other clients.
WAITLIST POLICIES
The waitlist reserves your spot in line for a fully booked session (group or private) in the event that there is a cancellation.
If you arrive 5 minutes late or later for your session, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
If you register for the waitlist, you should plan to attend that session.
You will be notified via email, text and/or push notification if you have made it into the session from the waitlist. Make sure notifications are turned on, otherwise you will be responsible for checking to see if you made it into the session from the waitlist.
You will be automatically added from the waitlist up to one hour prior to the scheduled start time. If you are automatically added to the waitlist less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will not be penalized for missed attendance. The studio will do our best to reach out to confirm if you can attend the session in advance.
GROUP SESSION POLICIES
Devices (cell phones, watches, etc.) must be turned off or silenced during group sessions.
Devices (cell phones, watches, etc.) are not to be used during group sessions.
Clients are responsible for adjusting their own equipment settings in a group session.
Clients are responsible for cleaning any and all equipment used in a group session.
Please respect our studio policies and do not ask for exceptions/exemptions to be made. Thank you!
