Private sessions are the fastest way to learn your form, understand the equipment, and feel confident going into group classes.

Our classes are designed for all levels. We teach in layers, so you can follow along at your own pace.

For your first class:

• arrive 15 minutes early

• we’ll walk you through everything

You’ll never be left guessing.

Anything you can move in.

• leggings, shorts, tanks—whatever feels good

• socks, grip socks, or barefoot

No shoes in the studio.

Just yourself.

We provide all equipment, mats, and props.

Water is available in the studio.

If a class is full, join the waitlist.

Memberships are designed for consistency.

• classes reset every 30 days

• no rollovers

• requires a 1-month deposit

• cancel with 30 days’ notice

Late cancel + no-show

• Late cancel (<12 hrs): lose class

• No show: lose class + $20 fee

• 8+ memberships: +$10 late cancel fee

Memberships don’t include pauses or freezes.

They run month-to-month for consistency.
